  • Responsible for driver onboarding, ELD compliance, DOT/FMCSA regulations, and maintaining company safety standards.

• Truck Dispatcher

  • Responsible for booking loads, managing driver schedules, route planning, and maintaining clear communication with drivers and brokers.

• Recruiter / Driver Recruiter

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified CDL drivers to support fleet growth.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the trucking/logistics industry preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable team player with attention to detail.

• Must be able to work on-site from our office.
